Join us for a regular Sunday morning meditation practice.  Meditation is for your soul similar to recharging a battery.  We re-connect with our true nature by being still and quiet.  Stresses and worry can be released.  Amazing changes in your life will happen with a regular meditative practice.

Our intention is to provide a safe, peaceful, non-judgmental space for assisting you on this journey.  Whether you have a regular practice or are in the beginning stages, this group practice will be supportive and fun.  We will begin with an initial instruction (for those who need it), followed immediately with a meditative practice.

We will allow time afterward for sharing of experiences and questions.  We will also discuss/practice different styles of meditation, breath-work, and visualizations.  We will evolve the practices as we travel together towards our spiritual growth and discover how we change the world through changing ourselves.  Please join us on this journey.
